Fruisec company as since years business rules directed by an HACCP procedure. We are ISO 22000 certified since April 2007.
Our mains goals are : to guarantee healthy an safe products to our customers, to satisfy the B to B's strongest expectations. We also work on an open relationship regarding GMO, allergen, raw material, origin and traceability.

Traceability

Our production management by lot, at reception and shipment, allows us to know, for each fabrication, raw material used and controls done.

Our foreign matters guarantee

We guarantee an unique foreign matters cleanness (less of 5 pieces of shells per ton), due to the selection of our suppliers, our reception quality control, the mechanical cleaning, the hand sorting, and the cleanness of our factory.

Nutrition

Nuts contains essential oils necessary for human. For walnut kernels, oil mainly contains poly-unsaturated omega 3, important to reduce the cholesterol level. Nuts have a benefit effect for heart and artery protection against cardio-vascular illness. They contain minerals (iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium), giving them a nutritional advantage.
